The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Birmingham train station and Cadbury World. the rooms are simple but nice, with comfortable beds.

I did not arrive until 23:15 and the door man had a lovely smiley face and helped me to my room with my bags. Spacious room, clean and well decorated. In the morning there was a car park attendant who also helped me with my bags to the car... 

The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Cadbury World. This hotel was in a good area. Actually the room was cheap with a larger bed, lovely views of the garden, for example.

We thoroughly enjoyed the airy room with a three-quarter size bed. the staff was efficient. - the food was reasonably priced and included pastries and fresh fruit. - the location was particularly good and beautiful, close to public transport links 

The room and bathroom were well-organized and a good size, with a central location making it a great base for exploring the area, and it was located in a pleasantly quiet area.

The surrounds of the hotel were great - felt very safe for my stay here. Great value for money overall. Staff were very helpful. Room had TV and kettle and bed was very comfortable. I could also easily adjust

Rather homely decor.

New and well-equipped room with a private bathroom; a good selection of breakfast options, including bread and sausages.

the fitness room was really good and very clean.(lack of use?) the staff are very attentive.

The location of the Beeches was wonderful, with a lovely restaurant nearby. the proximity to rail links connecting to Birmingham, the university, QE hospital, and the Business Centre was convenient. - It was just a short uphill walk of about 150 yards to reach the 

the fact that coffee was constantly on the go througout the day during training sessions. The cookies & cake in the afternoon were delicious & the selection of food at lunch were very well balanced for everyone's taste. The staff

This place has a unique and functional charm, with efficient and competent staff, and a magnificent location in a quiet area.

Quiet locaation.

Too much noise from poeple moving around. Squeeky floorboards from rooms above.
